As a Maintenance Associate, you will perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your work will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of our hospitality services.
We offer a competitive salary of ₱16,000 – ₱22,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in renovations and upgrades as needed.
- Document all maintenance activities and report major issues to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and work in various conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
