Responsibility
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other precision equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce high-precision components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings and output.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in training new technicians and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machining Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and other precision tools.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in machining.
