Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and electrical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Install and commission new machinery and electrical components.
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency repairs.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali.
