As an apprentice, you will undergo an intensive, structured training program that combines classroom theoretical learning with immersive, hands-on experience across our specialized production departments: Prepress, On Press, and Post Press operations. Responsibility
- Participate actively in all classroom training sessions and safety briefings.
- Assist senior operators in the Prepress department with file preparation and plate imaging.
- Support On Press activities, including ink management, machine setup, and production monitoring.
- Learn and execute Post Press finishing techniques such as cutting, folding, and binding.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production efficiency and quality control.
- Document daily production progress and report any mechanical discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Open to SPM, SKM, or Diploma holders in any discipline.
- Must be available to commence the training program on June 9, 2026.
- Strong interest in technical operations and manufacturing machinery.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory production environment.
