Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for high-rise construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless M&E integration.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for M&E components.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., SNI, IBC).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose cost-effective, innovative solutions.
- Prepare and review M&E drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Lead a team of M&E engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Ensure sustainable and energy-efficient systems are incorporated into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in M&E project management, with at least 3 years in high-rise construction.
- Proven track record of managing M&E systems for commercial, residential, or mixed-use high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling), AutoCAD, and Revit for M&E design.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already based in the region).
