Responsibility
- Lead and manage the SMT production team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for SMT materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
