Responsibility
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize production workflows and resource utilization.
- Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Design and propose facility layouts that improve material flow, safety, and workspace ergonomics.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements, cost analyses, and project outcomes.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination in multilingual environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in manufacturing, process optimization, or industrial engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English fluency is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in using tools such as AutoCAD, MS Visio, or simulation software for layout design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
