Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to procure high-quality materials and equipment.
- Review and approve M&E shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including cost tracking, to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M&E systems with architectural and structural designs.
- Ensure all installations meet local regulations, international codes (e.g., NEC, IEC), and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction projects, preferably in commercial or residential sectors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical wiring, etc.) and industry standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
