Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure project viability and compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems in a timely manner.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in a multinational or large-scale project environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management or relevant engineering disciplines is a plus.
