Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other M&E systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Ensure all M&E systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and troubleshoot critical system failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in M&E engineering, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel across various locations in Bali as required.
