Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and architects to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve M&E shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage procurement and logistics for M&E materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot M&E-related challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance project performance.
- Ensure all installations meet sustainability and energy efficiency requirements in alignment with modern construction practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably within the construction or property development sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, and building automation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and coordination.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, SNI standards, and international codes (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
