Responsibility
- Provide exceptional service to yacht guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas, including cabins, lounges, and dining spaces.
- Assist with meal service, including setting tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring dietary preferences are met.
- Collaborate with the yacht crew to coordinate guest activities, excursions, and special requests.
- Manage inventory of supplies, including linens, toiletries, and beverages, and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Assist with the preparation and service of cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety aboard the yacht.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury setting such as hotels, resorts, or yachts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service, is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, or bending for extended periods.
