In this role, you’ll combine your expertise in horology with outstanding sales acumen to guide discerning clients through their luxury watch journey. Responsibility
- Provide expert product knowledge on luxury watch brands, features, and mechanical intricacies to clients.
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable timepieces.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain impeccable showroom standards, including display organization, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with watch servicing inquiries, warranties, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events, launches, and VIP client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
- Handle transaction processing, including payments, receipts, and CRM data entry with precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watch or jewelry sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical watches, brands (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe), and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail setting.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with luxury brand standards.
- Passion for horology and a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
