Responsibility
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring flawless execution of guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team of staff, including housekeepers, butlers, and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor and maintain villa standards, ensuring all properties meet luxury hospitality benchmarks.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote villas and attract high-value bookings.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in villa management, luxury hospitality, or hotel operations, preferably in Bali or a similar high-end destination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of guest service standards, revenue management, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet guest needs.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic financial reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
