Responsibility
- Deliver a full range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and aromatherapy, tailored to guest needs.
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client preferences and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards for all equipment, treatment rooms, and products.
- Uphold Marriottâs service excellence by ensuring a warm, professional, and attentive guest experience.
- Stay updated on latest wellness trends and incorporate innovative techniques into treatments.
- Collaborate with the spa team to promote packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance revenue.
- Document client preferences and treatment details to personalize future visits.
- Participate in training programs to refine skills and expand service offerings.
Qualifications
- Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa.
- Proficiency in Balinese, Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and contraindications for treatments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and spa management software is advantageous.
