Responsibility
- Deliver a full range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, Balinese, deep tissue), facials, body wraps, and scrubs with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend personalized treatments, and ensure a tailored wellness experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Educate guests on post-treatment care, wellness tips, and product recommendations to enhance their long-term well-being.
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a seamless, luxurious experience from check-in to checkout.
- Stay updated on the latest spa trends, techniques, and products to offer cutting-edge services.
- Uphold a professional, friendly, and discreet demeanor to build trust and loyalty with clients.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking treatment essentials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness center.
- Certification in massage therapy (e.g., Balinese, Thai, Swedish) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of various spa treatments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse, high-end clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
