As our Spa Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey, from first contact to long-term loyalty. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, team performance, and the reputation of our brand in Bali’s thriving wellness market.
Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of spa consultants to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract high-end clientele and boost spa memberships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest.
- Conduct product knowledge training and upsell premium spa packages, treatments, and retail products.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and travel agencies to drive B2B partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene protocols, and service excellence guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales management within the spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-end service environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of spa operations, treatment menus, and retail sales techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven strategies for growth.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and luxury lifestyle with a keen eye for trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
