Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimized for customer demand.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and merchandise displays to align with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including handling returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to purchase.
- Monitor and report on inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses to management.
- Uphold store presentation standards, ensuring a pristine and inviting shopping environment.
- Support promotional events and product launches with operational and logistical coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and customer service excellence is a plus.
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
