Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, brand heritage, and industry trends to deliver accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through follow-ups, exclusive invitations, and tailored communications.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales, client preferences, and inventory to optimize stock management.
- Represent the brand at external events, trunk shows, and private appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or a related sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends, client expectations, and brand positioning.
