Responsibility
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent and uphold the values of luxury fashion and timepiece brands, ensuring every client interaction reflects their heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
- Client Experience Curation: Deliver bespoke, high-touch service to high-net-worth individuals, tailoring interactions to their unique preferences and cultural backgrounds.
- Product Expertise: Master the technical and aesthetic details of luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand history, to educate and inspire clients.
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-building, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to provide actionable insights that enhance brand positioning and sales strategies.
- Event & Experience Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute exclusive events, private viewings, and VIP experiences that deepen client engagement.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure the retail environment reflects the brand’s aesthetic, with meticulous attention to product presentation, display, and storytelling.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in luxury retail, preferably with high-end fashion, jewelry, or timepieces, in a client-facing role (e.g., Brand Specialist, Retail Executive, or Sales Associate).
- Passion for Luxury: A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the heritage of luxury brands, with the ability to convey this passion authentically to clients.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with discerning clientele from diverse cultural backgrounds.
