Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation for store operations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and coordinating with suppliers for luxury products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Support the store manager in preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing retail performance.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout in alignment with brand standards.
- Process transactions, handle cashier duties, and manage POS systems accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for product deliveries, returns, and transfers.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and VIP client engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail administration, store operations, or a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-end service.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail merchandising.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
