Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation for store operations.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and coordinating with suppliers for luxury products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
  • Support the store manager in preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing retail performance.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout in alignment with brand standards.
  • Process transactions, handle cashier duties, and manage POS systems accurately.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for product deliveries, returns, and transfers.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and VIP client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail administration, store operations, or a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-end service.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail merchandising.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
