Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of VILLA D'ÉTÉ’s resortwear collections, including fabrics, styling, and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, including merchandising displays and inventory management.
- Assist in visual merchandising to align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups, styling advice, and personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor offerings to provide informed product suggestions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong sense of style and passion for fashion, particularly resortwear or luxury apparel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business periods.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in clienteling or relationship-building with high-net-worth individuals is advantageous.
