Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of locker rooms, ensuring a pristine environment for members and guests.
- Assist members and guests with locker assignments, storage, and retrieval of personal belongings with the utmost care and discretion.
- Provide personalized service, including offering towels, robes, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor and restock locker room supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and refreshments, to ensure availability at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, offering solutions or escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols for all guest and member belongings.
- Collaborate with the golf club team to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality, golf clubs, or luxury service environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a premium service operation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Discretion and integrity in handling guest belongings and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with golf club operations or a passion for the sport is advantageous.
