Responsibility
- Orchestrate seamless guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a 5-star first and last impression with personalized touches.
- Develop and implement lifestyle programs and exclusive experiences tailored to high-end clientele, aligning with Pan Pacificās brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Concierge, F&B) to deliver integrated luxury services and resolve guest needs proactively.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, promotions, and partnerships, representing Pan Pacificās commitment to excellence.
- Monitor guest feedback and trends to refine service standards and introduce innovative hospitality solutions.
- Curate localized recommendations (dining, wellness, excursions) to enhance guest stays with authentic Balinese experiences.
- Maintain meticulous records of VIP preferences and special requests to ensure consistent, personalized service.
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing to content creation (social media, newsletters) showcasing the resortās lifestyle offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or lifestyle management, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver discretionary, high-touch service.
- Strong knowledge of Baliās luxury market, including cultural, culinary, and recreational highlights.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Communications (or equivalent experience).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and CRM tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic resort environment.
