Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and guest lounges.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, directing them to facilities and answering inquiries.
- Support housekeeping teams with daily tasks, including restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all public areas.
- Assist in monitoring and replenishing amenities such as towels, water stations, and reading materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak hours.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
