Responsibility

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and guest lounges.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, directing them to facilities and answering inquiries.
  • Support housekeeping teams with daily tasks, including restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all public areas.
  • Assist in monitoring and replenishing amenities such as towels, water stations, and reading materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak hours.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
