Responsibility
- Orchestrate first-class welcome experiences, including check-ins, VIP arrivals, and personalized greetings to ensure a flawless start to every guestâs stay.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Concierge, F&B) to anticipate and exceed guest expectations at every touchpoint.
- Develop and implement innovative lifestyle programs (e.g., cultural immersions, wellness activities) to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve concerns with diplomacy and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, etiquette, and brand values to maintain consistency in luxury delivery.
- Curate local partnerships (e.g., tour operators, artisans) to offer exclusive, authentic experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Oversee the presentation and ambiance of high-traffic areas (lobby, lounge) to align with Pan Pacificâs aesthetic and comfort standards.
- Analyze trends in guest preferences and adapt service strategies to stay ahead of industry expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or lifestyle services, preferably in a resort or 5-star hotel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse guests and teams.
- Proven track record of problem-solving under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in high-volume environments.
- Passion for cultural sensitivity and personalized service, with a deep understanding of luxury standards.
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
