Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional in-store sales experiences, guiding customers through our luxury jewelry collections with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals through personalized service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including gemstone characteristics, craftsmanship techniques, and jewelry care, to educate and assist customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment for all visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with tact and efficiency, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and promotional offers to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain the store's premium aesthetic and product availability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or high-end consumer goods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong passion for jewelry, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits compellingly.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first attitude and a knack for building rapport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to align with store operations and customer traffic.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions, managing customer data, and accessing product information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in gemology or retail management are advantageous.
