Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create compelling packages, promotions, and experiences that align with brand standards.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with corporate clients, tour operators, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent Kimpton Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure exceptional client service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism and hospitality landscape, including key markets and seasonal trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
