Responsibility
- Provide impeccable table service in a fine dining environment, adhering to international hospitality standards.
- Guide guests through luxury menus, offering expert recommendations on dishes, wines, and pairings.
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by delivering personalized, attentive service with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with sommeliers, chefs, and fellow staff to ensure seamless dining experiences from start to finish.
- Maintain pristine presentation of tables, glassware, and dining areas in accordance with establishment protocols.
- Handle high-profile guests with tact, including VIPs, celebrities, and international dignitaries.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems and manual order-taking methods.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically to preserve the restaurant’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in fine dining, luxury hotels, or Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Japanese, Mandarin) are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine, with the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage high-end clientele.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with fine dining dress codes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
