Responsibility
- Provide personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service to VIP guests, ensuring their every need is met with elegance and efficiency.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to deliver flawless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Curate bespoke itineraries, including private tours, dining reservations, and exclusive local experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintain an impeccable appearance and professional demeanor, reflecting Raffles’ standards of sophistication.
- Handle guest requests with confidentiality and discretion, including special arrangements for high-profile individuals.
- Anticipate needs before they’re expressed, from pre-arrival preferences to in-room amenities and surprise touches.
- Stay updated on local events, cultural highlights, and luxury trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold Raffles’ brand values of warmth, attentiveness, and excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler, concierge, or guest relations role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Deep understanding of service etiquette and the nuances of catering to affluent clientele.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury landscape (preferred but not required).
