Responsibility
- Provide personalized, discreet, and attentive butler service to villa guests, ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them before they arise, from arranging private tours to coordinating in-villa dining experiences.
- Manage daily villa operations, including housekeeping oversight, maintenance coordination, and inventory management for guest amenities.
- Act as a concierge, offering expert local recommendations for dining, activities, and cultural experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Assist with event planning for private gatherings, including vendor coordination, setup, and seamless execution.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, upholding the privacy and comfort of high-profile guests.
- Collaborate with the Shape Haus team to ensure consistent service standards across all properties.
- Handle logistical arrangements, such as airport transfers, spa bookings, and transportation, with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end villa management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
- Knowledge of Bali’s luxury travel scene, including top restaurants, activities, and hidden gems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guest schedules.
- Valid Indonesian work permit (KITAS) or eligibility to obtain one.
