Responsibility
- Provide discreet, personalized butler service to high-profile guests, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Manage daily guest itineraries, including transportation, dining reservations, and recreational activities.
- Oversee in-room amenities and turndown services with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with private events and celebrations, from intimate dinners to large gatherings.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
- Handle special requests with creativity and efficiency, from last-minute bookings to unique cultural experiences.
- Uphold brand standards for luxury service, including grooming, posture, and communication etiquette.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably as a Butler, Concierge, or in a high-end resort.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Deep understanding of cultural sensitivity and etiquette in a multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to grooming standards.
- Certification in hospitality management or butler training (e.g., from The International Butler Academy) is advantageous.
