Responsibility
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
- Coordinate with the front desk, valets, and concierge to streamline guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain a clean, organized luggage storage area and ensure all guest belongings are handled with care.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis, private cars, or hotel shuttles.
- Offer local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold Hiltonâs high standards of grooming, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or luxury service providers).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong physical stamina to lift and carry luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, aligning with Hiltonâs brand standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and services in Bali (training provided).
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (relocation assistance may be available).
