Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling with care and professionalism.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing a brief orientation of resort amenities and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of luggage to guest rooms and retrieval upon departure.
- Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or coordinating with other departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and baggage storage area at all times.
- Operate resort vehicles (if licensed) to transport guests and their luggage as needed.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of guest belongings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or luxury service environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong physical stamina to lift and carry luggage (up to 25 kg) frequently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Neat, professional appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Valid driverâs license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and resort facilities to assist guests effectively.
