Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in pristine condition.
- Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about beverages, pairings, and local flavors.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create seamless dining and bar experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste to optimize cost efficiency.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end bar.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a guest-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
