Responsibility
- Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, vendors, and airport authorities.
- Maintain compliance with aviation regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote lounge services and special offers.
- Prepare reports on lounge performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in airport lounges or luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and lounge operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
