Responsibility

  • Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, vendors, and airport authorities.

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in airport lounges or luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and lounge operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
