Responsibility
- Safely operate company lorries for the transportation of goods to designated locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company scheduling.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring goods are secured properly.
- Support general production or warehouse tasks when not engaged in driving duties.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by the operations team.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL license required).
- Proven experience as a lorry driver or in a logistics-related role is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual labor tasks.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and safety.
- Good knowledge of the road networks within Penang and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic communication skills in Malay or English.
