Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with AWS standards
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow processes
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
