Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support inventory management by conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining stock records.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 20-25 kg and perform physical tasks as required.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse settings is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
