Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to align logistics with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, vendors, and carriers to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
- Oversee the maintenance of logistics equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
