Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics and production operations to meet company targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute timely replenishment to avoid production downtime.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory movements.
- Inspect goods for quality and compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics performance, delays, and production throughput.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and operational best practices within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for inter-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malinta, Metro Manila.
