Responsibility
- Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all logistics-related documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management and reduce carrying costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including import/export laws and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to align logistics activities with supply chain demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
