Iplanner Global is seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our Ninja Van operations in Bagan Serai, Perak. In this role, you will be the backbone of our delivery network, ensuring that our last-mile delivery services run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

As part of our dynamic team, you will handle daily coordination, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure seamless communication between our delivery partners and the central dispatch. Responsibility

  • Monitor daily delivery workflows to ensure Ninja Van operational targets are met.
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to resolve delivery discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing parcels through our warehouse management system.
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in the sorting and distribution process.
  • Provide prompt assistance to delivery staff regarding route optimization and area coverage.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on service level agreements (SLAs) for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols in the warehouse facility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts or weekends if required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
