Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries using advanced logistics software.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan logistics strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
