Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
