Responsibility
- Oversee and manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock levels.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and distribution teams to streamline logistics workflows.
- Monitor inventory turnover, conduct regular audits, and generate reports to track performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, including shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage logistics software and ERP systems to maintain real-time inventory tracking and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles, Just-in-Time (JIT) systems, and best practices in logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
