Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock control.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve supply chain performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and service agreements to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and report findings to management.
- Implement and leverage logistics software and tools to enhance operational visibility, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, including customs, import/export laws, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven track record of managing logistics operations, including inventory control, transportation, and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
