Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to negotiate contracts and rates.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipments, deliveries, or inventory.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics activities accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
