Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan logistics requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, administration, or coordination, preferably in manufacturing or marine industries.
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and incoterms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
