Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of logistics-related issues.
- Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments using logistics software and tools.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
